Deaf hear the Book

I found this very interesting in the Book of Isaiah Chapter 29 verse 11-14 and 18. Here it is the verse.
11 And the vision of all is become unto you as the words of a book that is sealed, which men deliver to one that is learned, saying, Read this, I pray thee: and he saith, I cannot; for it is sealed:

12 And the book is delivered to him that is not learned, saying, Read this, I pray thee: and he saith, I am not learned.

13 ¶ Wherefore the Lord said, Forasmuch as this people draw near me with their mouth, and with their lips do honour me, but have removed their heart far from me, and their fear toward me is taught by the precept of men:

14 Therefore, behold, I will proceed to do a marvellous work among this people, even a marvellous work and a wonder: for the wisdom of their wise men shall perish, and the understanding of their prudent men shall be hid.

18 ¶ And in that
day shall the deaf hear the words of the book, and the eyes of the blind shall see out of obscurity, and out of darkness.

This is my understanding of what the verse said, the book is sealed and no one can read them except it's given to. To the learned man or very educated or intelligent but can't read the seal book. But to the unlearned person, that person can open up but not learned or dont know how to read that book. People will praise God by honoring him, but doesn't do what God say because their heart is far from God and follow the ways of the world. Then in time God will do wonderful work to confounded the intelligent men and made them to be humble. Then it said deaf will hear the words of that book which is sealed book and the blind will see and understand. The book will free them and give them light to understand.

Now according to this the Bible is not sealed, because it's already written and from Adam to Isaiah they have the Bible. So I wonder what book that is sealed and that someday we will hear from that book. What book is that are we seeking for? Just curious what are your thoughts on this subject.

Per www.biblenotes.net/isaiah.html

It states that Isiah, a prophet of Judah around 740 B.C., Isaiah, for around fifty years revealed many of his thoughts and visions. Some of these can be interpreted as having implications for the future of the time of Isaiah or even possibly yet to come now. In the "last days, " Jerusalem would be the main attraction.

As for 29:18-20: "...the deaf will hear...the eyes of the blind will see...the humble (i.e., meek) will rejoice...ruthless will vanish..." (Isaiah 29:18-20).

I wonder does it refer to the "Book of Life" at the end of our time? such as mentioned in revelation?

Interesting of your point of view critic. But the main key sentence said that day the deaf shall hear the book which mean at the last day the deaf will read and hear from that book and it has to happen now at this time, but what book is it? The book of Life is for at the judgement day that will reveal our accountability and reward us in heaven. So again what is the sealed book is spoken of?
